Ciaran works with adults and young adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, low mood or caught in patterns that have yet to shift despite effort. With a skilled, warm and engaged presence, Ciaran assists clients with anxiety, emotional regulation, moving through challenging emotions and the development of more clarity and peace of mind.
Ciaran’s approach integrates CBT, narrative and existential therapy with a somatic-informed lens to help clients understand themselves and address challenging and/or suppressed emotions. He focuses on bringing clarity and shifts in perception to problems facilitating clients to feel empowered with more meaningful change in their lives. Ciaran’s work is neurodiverse inclusive.
With a Master’s degree in Theoretical Physics, which supports a systematic way of breaking down difficult problems, Ciaran helps clients build authentic and purposeful direction supported by systematic behaviour change. Ciaran is currently in the final year of his Masters of Counselling Psychology and is pleased to be completing his internship placement with the Bach Counselling Group.
