Utilizing evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Therapy, Jodi empowers clients to enhance interpersonal communication skills, resolve conflicts, and develop more effective coping strategies for life’s stressors.
Passionate about supporting individuals and families, Jodi helps clients build self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s complexities with resilience and confidence. With many years of experience as an educator and a Master of Education degree holder, she has a strong foundation in mental health-centered education.
Currently completing her second master’s degree in Counselling Psychology with Bach Counselling Group, Jodi skillfully guides clients through social-emotional learning and personal growth, fostering a deeper sense of well-being. She is a strong advocate for healthy relationships, helping clients establish clear boundaries and practice assertive communication.
