Office Administrative Assistant/Customer Care (Co-op)

BCG is seeking a highly organized full-time Office Administrative Assistant/Customer Care. As the face of the clinic this important role overseas all communications with clients in a positive professional work environment. Successful applicants for this role will:

  • Be highly organized and experienced with administration in a healthcare setting including scheduling client appointments, billing and customer service.
  • Have mastery of GoogleDocs, MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Have experience with social media marketing and working with WordPress.
  • Have excellent mastery of the English language both verbal and written and be comfortable answering phones and setting appointments.
  • This applicant will be creative and be a motivated self started with excellent time management and customer service skills, and be confident to work independently.

Registered Clinical Counsellor

Are you an experienced Registered Clinical Counsellor looking for a new counselling opportunity to join a great team?

We strive to bring our clients to achieving their goals – be it a positive change in relationships, intimacy, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, parenting and disordered eating, we pride ourselves on quality clinical work and excellence in client care.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Mandatory Minimum Master in Psychology, Counselling or Social Work. As well as a certification or registration with a professional licensing body is mandatory. Do not apply without this.
  • Professional training in EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy), DBT, CBT, and EMDR. Experience with couples an asset for this position.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience working with depression, anxiety, couples and post trauma.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience working with individuals and families.
  • Mastery of the English language both oral and written.

The finer details:

  • The position will be contracted 15-20 hours weekly (Monday – Friday or Saturdays based on schedule availability) It is a 12 month contract.
  • Salary & benefits are based on qualifications and experience.
  • Job Type: Part-time
  • Must be willing to commute to the North Vancouver office.
  • Required: Minimum of a Masters/ 3 years experience counselling/ Professional Association Membership and Registration with a Mental Health Association.
  • Start date: Immediate.
